IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THE 2020 Annual Dinner, Meeting, Awards and Silent Auction

Following the guidance of our city and state officials in consideration of the current public health emergency, the Board of Directors of the Midstate Chamber of Commerce voted unanimously to postpone the 124th Annual Meeting, Dinner, Awards and Silent Auction that had been scheduled for April 29, 2020.  The Celebration Dinner for the 2020 Award Honorees and Silent Auction will take place on Thursday, September 3, 2020 at Aqua Turf.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING:  As required by the Chamber By-Laws, the Board of Directors also has determined that the Annual Meeting of the Members portion of the postponed event will be held on May 27, 2020 - VIA ZOOM - at 3:30 pm where the slate of officers and directors will be presented and voted upon.  All Members of the Chamber are hereby notified of this Annual Meeting and invited to attend.  Members may send their written proxies to the Secretary of the Midstate Chamber at the Chamber office to be received prior to the Meeting.  A copy of a form of proxy is here for your use.  The notes from the 123rd Annual Meeting must be approved as well and you can find them here for your review.
