A utility-authorized contractor will visit your location and perform a complimentary, no-obligation energy assessment. Afterward, you’ll receive a detailed report outlining personalized recommendations that show how much you can save by upgrading to more energy-efficient equipment. Here’s what’s included:

The Multifamily Initiative helps owners and managers of larger residential properties make their buildings more energy-efficient, comfortable, and sustainable. Eligible customers of Eversource, United Illuminating, Connecticut Natural Gas, or Southern Connecticut Gas can apply. Whether you’re modernizing a single building or managing a large complex, the Multifamily Initiative connects you with the resources and funding to enhance comfort, lower costs, and build a more sustainable community. Customers owning a multifamily building (5 or more units) the Multifamily Initiative is a great way to save money and energy at your property.
