Anti-Stigma Community Health Survey

In partnership with the New Haven Health Department the City of Meriden's Health & Human Services Department has created a bilingual community survey to gather information about public stigma regarding substance use disorder. The survey is now live and will be available through Thursday, August 31. We encourage you all to take this survey and share with colleagues, clients, family and friends who may work and/or live in Meriden.This is the link to access the survey.
