STAR Program

At the Women and Families Center STAR Before and After School Program we focus on Science Technology Arts and Recreation. But mainly we provide a time where kids can be kids again and remember there was a time when Masks were FUN and Very Cute!!!

We provide an environment where children can enjoy the outdoors even if it is just a small patch of grass and lots of leaves to throw up and dance under!!!

The WFC STAR Before and After School Program is provided at Hale, Hanover and Pulaski Elementary Schools. Our program stresses -

� Keeping the children safe while still having fun

� Following CDC and Meriden Health Department guidelines

� Nutritious Snack Provided

� Care 4 Kids Accepted

� Special Events such as Maritime Aquarium and Beardsley Zoo

� Family Events

� Credentialed and Experienced Teachers
