BOSCOV'S WESTFIELD MERIDEN HOSTS GALA PREVIEW FOR A GREAT CAUSE CHARITY DAY

Admission to Thursday's Gala Preview is by ticket only. Tickets are $5 each and can be purchased from one of the participating non-profit organizations or at the door on Thursday. The entire $5 donation goes to the selling organization and tickets purchased at the door will benefit from the patron's choice, from the list of organizations participating. All those purchasing a ticket will be the first to see the new Boscov's and the first to purchase all of the tremendous values available. Also, everyone purchasing a ticket will receive a free gift, a $19.99 Heat Resistant Silicone Double Oven Glove, just for coming to the store.

On Saturday our Grand Opening Advertising will consist of these tremendous grand opening specials that will be available on Thursday for all those who support our Gala Preview for a Great Cause by purchasing a ticket from your favorite participating non-profit. In addition, if you are considering opening a Boscov's Credit Card you will receive 2 Free Gifts, a free Umbrella and a free Stadium Blanket. And if approved, you will get 2 additional Bonuses, a 15% off your first day's purchases as well as no interest on any of your purchases for 6 months.

Members of the agencies and organizations participating in the Gala Preview day have indicated that ticket sales have been brisk. Many organizations have already requested additional tickets after selling out. Volunteers selling tickets are encouraging individuals to visit the store since their organization's ticket can be counted toward an extra bonus incentive of up to $1500 to the winning organization.

The day will be filled with fun, prizes, refreshments and a few surprises. Planned entertainment includes: balloon artistry and magic, The Performance Bucket Band, the Coconuts, and a Caricature Artist. Along with the opportunity to help your favorite participating non-profit organization, Boscov's will have over 300 co-workers on staff to assist you with all your shopping needs as well as help you carry your packages to your car.
