Raymond Gradwell, PE, of Meriden, has joined BL Companies as a project manager. Mr. Gradwell has 16 years of experience engineering and construction management in the pre K-12 schools, higher education, retail, commercial, financial, residential and industrial markets. Specifically, he has been involved in providing civil engineering services associated with the design of public and privately owned / developed facilities. Prior to joining BL Companies, he was a project manager at Langan Engineering and Environmental Services in New Haven, CT.His responsibilities will include civil engineering design, project financial tracking, project and resource scheduling, multi-discipline project coordination, land use permitting and construction administration.
Mr. Gradwell received a bachelor's of science degree from the University of New Haven, New Haven, CT, and is a registered professional engineer in Connecticut and Massachusetts. He is vice chairman of the City of Meriden Public Utilities Commission.
