Joseph Paluszewski and his nephew, Walter Paluszewski are the new owners of the business, a staple in Meriden, that has made quality kielbasa since 1918. You'll enjoy all of the same great recipes as before, when Ray Czapiga and his family owned the business. They are open year-round and offer daily specials, soups, and of course great kielbasa! Czapiga's also features fresh deli meats and cheeses, a variety of pierogi, babkas, great breads from Albert's Bakery in Meriden and more! Get your Easter orders in early!
