ConnectiCare, Inc. in collaboration with the Chamber Insurance Trust and the Central CT VNA will be offering FREE flu shots to those who are both Chamber Members and ConnectiCare subscribers. The service is for employees only (no dependents). Eligible employers with 10-50 employees will be receiving information on how they can have a work-site flu clinic through the months of November and December. By having the flu shots accessible to employees, employers can make a substantial contribution to increasing the overall immunization rate while aiding in the effort to keep their workforce healthier. There is a strong possibility that the Chamber will have an on-site flu clinic at their office to accommodate smaller companies that may not be able to have an on -site clinic at their business.
