Become Tobacco Free!

Thinking of quitting smoking? The Meriden Health Department can help you become tobacco free. You will receive the help and support for you and your family members who may use tobacco, nicotine patches and gum and advise on how to use them the right way (with doctor's approval if pregnant, some exclusions apply), individual and small group counseling, and referrals to CT Quitline and other resources all at NO CHARGE to you! Funding is provided by the Connecticut Department of Public Health.
