National Public Health Week

April 1, 2012

The Meriden Health Dept. is celebrating National Public Health Week from April 2nd to the 8th by offering the following specials. Bicycle Helmets-.Adult and Child Sizes $5 while supplies last Free Glucose Blood Sugar Checks Free Blood pressure Checks Free Height & Weight Analysis for adults Free Pertussis (Whooping Cough) Vaccine for caregivers of infants Free Lead Screenings for children ages 2-5 years old Free Smoking Cessation Services Free, confidential HIV Testing

These specials are valid during National Public Health Week only and are offered 8:30am-4:00pm
