CALCAGNI ASSOCIATES WELCOMES Sergio Salas to the Wallingford Office

Calcagni Associates President Steven Calcagni recently announced the appointment of residential sales agent Sergio Salas to the company's Wallingford office.Sergio, a resident of Meriden, is a full time REALTOR and is a member of the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. "Sergio brings a tremendous amount of professionalism and real estate knowledge to our company and we're thrilled to welcome him to our team," said Steven Calcagni.
Sergio has a business degree from Albertus Magnus College, speaks Spanish fluently, and is highly involved with the local Latino community. He has over 10 years of experience in residential real estate sales and his specialties include: Working with first time home buyers, relocating clients, selling multi-family homes and condos, FHA, CHFA, VA, FHA 203K, conventional loans, short sales, and foreclosures.
