New Quit Smoking Program with the Opportunity for ...

New Quit Smoking Program with the Opportunity for Medication at a Reduced Rate. Starting Tuesday, March 18th, the Meriden Health Department and the American Lung Association of Connecticut are teaming up to provide a low cost Freedom From Smoking Clinic that includes the optional use of the gum, patch and a non-nicotine pill. Funding for the program is made possible through a grant from the Connecticut Department of Public Health and the Connecticut Tobacco and Health Trust Fund. Pre-registration is required.
