Friday Buffets NEW at Silver City Bistro!

Bistro Chef Ryan Barnes is pleased to announce, on behalf of Wilcox Tech and his students at the Award Winning Silver City Bistro, a Friday Buffet each week to start your weekend off right! The menu will be available online: https://wilcox.cttech.org/programs/career-technical-education/culinary-arts/. NOTE that we will not have the buffet if there is a school-wide special event(s) on those days, I.E. Club Day, Pep Rally, � day or early dismissal.This is open to staff and the public, so reservations are recommended. As usual, we will open at 10:45 - 12:20. We need to have the dining room clear of guests by 12:30 at the latest. The buffet will cost $12 all-inclusive* . We will run the same format each week, changing the offerings weekly. *All-inclusive means lunch, bread, water, coffee and 1 dessert. Please do not ask for to-go containers to take extra food home from the buffet.
