(Friday, April 12, 2013, Meriden, Conn.) MidState Medical Center is pleased to announce that Donna Sassi, Director of the Family Birthing Center, Women's Health, and PeriOperative Services, NEA, BC, recently earned certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a certified Nurse Executive, Advanced. This certification signifies a commitment to honing in on the advanced skills and education necessary to help administrative nursing leaders grow and thrive. Donna completed 30 hours of continuing education in nursing administration, passed an exam, and recently earned her Master's Degree in Patient Care Services.
