Gail E. Millerick of Plainville, the new director of development, began in her new position on September 20th. She was previously executive director of the American Savings Bank Foundation, Inc. in New Britain, concentrating on the areas of grants and community relations. Before that position, Gail was assistant vice president of resource development for the United Way of the Capital Area in Hartford, where her accomplishments include organization of a $21.5 million campaign.
