The Cancer Care Partnership at MidState Medical Center, in collaboration with local urologists, will be offering a free prostate cancer screening, including PSA blood test. The screenings will be held at three locations: Meriden Health Department (September 14th), Cancer Care Center-MidState Medical Center (September 23rd), and the LaPlanche Medical Clinic at the Meriden Senior Center (September 27th). All men are encouraged, especially those between the ages of 50 and 70, who have not had a prostate exam within the past year, to call (203) 694-8497 for an appointment.
