Campaign executives including United Way Executive Director Jack Brooks, Bruce Miller of the YMCA and Cheryl Poryanda, appeared as Christmas characters at the most recent meeting. They were pleased to announce that the fund had met its goals despite declining economic conditions. Maria Trella-Drauss, executive director of Girls Inc., happily reported that the amount of money raised will enable the United Way to continue funding all the programs previously included among the member agencies.
