Summer Utility Assistance Program Open

If you need assistance with utility bills & are in an emergency situation, Operation Fuel is now taking applications for the Summer Utility Assistance program. The program provides a one time cash grant of up to $500 (paid directly to the utility) to help income eligible household in an emergency situation. Emergencies include job loss & certain medical conditions. Assistance is for heat or non-heat gas or electric utilities. Household that have received assistance from Operation Fuel over the past 12 months are not eligible to apply. The program will end by October 31st. Dial 2-1-1for more information.
