Winter is Coming: Timely Tips from Barillaro Collision

With the winter months approaching and the crazy weather ahead, Barillaro Collision would like to give you a few tips in case an accident does occur:
-Make sure all important information such as proof of insurance and registration are readily available;
-Take good photos of not only your vehicle but of the other(s) if any are involved;
-Make sure if your vehicle is being towed away you remove any valuables you may normally leave in the vehicle
And most importantly, whether the claim is filed through your insurance or the other parties, you have the right to choose the body shop of your choice. Insurance companies do not have the authorization to tell you where to go to have the car looked/fixed after an accident.
