Employer of Choice Award Hosted by EANE

The Employers Association of the Northeast will once again host the Employer of Choice Awards for 2015. The award recognizes employers who have developed a culture that transforms and rewards employee performance. Be recognized for the things you do and what you've accomplished as an employer! The award focuses on the following aspects: - Company Culture - Training & Development - Communication - Job Recognition/Rewards - Life-Work Balance - Various Other Workforce Metrics

Awards will be given in two categories: Manufacturing and Non-Manufacturing

Employers from Massachusetts, Connecticut & Rhode Island, who have been in business for at least three years and have a minimum of 25 employees, are eligible to participate. The size of the company and its resources will be taken into consideration in the screening and selection process.
