Meriden Adult Education Offers a College and Career Ready ESL Course

Meriden Adult Education is offering College and Career Ready ESL. This class is designed for students who have completed ESL III and are considering enrolling in College or postsecondary programs. Curriculum will emphasize pronunciation and writing. Classes start on September 20th and run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 to 7:00 pm for 22 class meetings. Course cost is $45 and will be held at John Barry Elementary School, 124 Columbia St., Meriden in the Computer Lab. Classes are offered on a "first come, first registered" basis. Many classes fill quickly and class size is limited. Register early to ensure your place. You can register by clicking here, in person at 22 Liberty St., Room 1A between 8:00 am and 11:45 a or between 1:00 pm and 3:45 pm or mail check made payable to Meriden Adult Evening School and mail to Meriden Adult Education Office, 22 Liberty St., Room 1A, Meriden, CT 06450. Please do not mail cash. Please bring a separate check for each class for the course fee. Registration ends September 9th.

You will not receive confirmation of your registration. We will contact you if the class is already filled and we will return your payment then. NO REFUNDS can be given unless a course is cancelled for insufficient enrollment or already filled. Incomplete registrations cannot be processed and will be returned. Participants must be over the age of 18 and not currently registered in any high school.
