Geoffrey D'Alessandro Joins Ion Insurance

Ion Insurance Corp., a full-service independent insurance brokerage affiliated with Ion Bank, has hired Geoffrey D'Alessandro as an Account Executive for Commercial Insurance.In his new position, Geoffrey will be responsible for managing, servicing, and growing the agency's business insurance customer base.
As an Insurance Professional, Mr. D'Alessandro brings 7 years of experience to Ion Insurance. He was previously employed at Bearingstar Insurance in Southbury, CT. Geoffrey holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College.
Geoffrey is a past President, Vice President, and a Board Member of the Southbury Business Association and President, Vice President, and Treasurer of BNI. In 2012, he received the Waterbury Chamber Ambassador of the Year Award and a Toastmaster International Competent Communicator Award in 2014. He is a current Fourth Degree member of the Knights of Columbus in Thomaston. He currently resides in Thomaston with his wife Kathryn and daughters Claire and Colette.
