1st Year Anniversary

The Home Store reopened in December 2007 and has just celebrated its one year Anniversary. The Home Store is headquartered in Wallingford and operates throughout the state of Connecticut. Joe Criscuolo, owner/broker is extremely pleased with the company's quick success. The Home Store is leading the way in the use of the internet and advanced technolgy which have changed the manner in which buyers and sellers receive real estate services. The Home Store currenly has a staff of four and is continuing to grow. Joe has been a realtor for over 33 years and is consistently a top producer with over 40 transactions in 2008. He is the former Board President, Regional Vice President, State Director, State Professional Standards and Legal Affairs Chairman of the Connecticut Association of Realtors. He was also director of the National Association of Realtors. He has been awarded Connecticut Realtor of the Year by his peers in the Connecticut Association of Realtors. Joe is active in the community, serving as an ambassador of the Greater Meriden Chamber of Commerce and pas president of The Meriden Humane Society.
