Mr. Vijay Patel and Mr. Nilesh Patel, owners of the newly renovated Comfort Inn and Suites at 900 East Main St., Meriden, are looking for someone to open and manage a dine-in restaurant and bar at their hotel. There is also an opportunity for catering in their banquet hall at the hotel. The banquet hall seats 350 guests. There is ample free parking and the location is convenient to highways, 691, 91 and the Merritt Parkway. There is also a space downstairs available for lease for a separate business.
