BUSINESS SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE Be part of a team that helps market Workforce Alliance services to employers within South Central CT. Recruit employers, conduct employer visits and define business needs focused on in-demand regional industry sectors. Advise on implementation of programs, provide on-going support and coordinate services to employers via the American Job Centers and other partners. Business Services Representatives also obtain feedback and collect data.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Human Resources, Management or related discipline. Minimum 3-5 years of related experience, preferably including corporate sales or workforce development experience.

JOB SEEKER CONSULTANT (New Haven American Job Center) Work with customers to pre-screen and refer candidates to fill current job openings, training and/or internship opportunities. Manage a caseload of participants and provide employment counseling and coaching. Job posting through EQUUS Workforce Services, which is contracted by Workforce Alliance to provide services in the South Central CT American Job Centers.
