Meriden Rotary Club Upcoming Amber Alert Dates and Locations

The Rotary Club of Meriden is pleased to partner with the Meriden Police Dept. in offering Amber Alert Registration to the community. The "AMBER Alert" Program is a voluntary partnership between law-enforcement agencies, broadcasters, transportation agencies, and the wireless industry, to activate an urgent bulletin in the most serious child-abduction cases. The goal of an AMBER Alert is to instantly galvanize the entire community to assist in the search for and the safe recovery of the child.You will find Amber Alert Registration on the following dates and times: Sunday, Aug. 11 from noon to 3 at Hubbard Park for the Puerto Rican Family Day; Saturday, Sep. 7 from 11-1 at Stop and Shop on Broad St., for Brian David Ash Fund and again on Sunday, Sep. 8 from 11-1 at Stop and Shop on Broad St., for Brian David Ash Fund PLUS BACK TO SCHOOL EXPO!
