2007 thus far has been and will continue to be a year of changes for Fiderio & Sons, at 687 Broad St. in Meriden. Recently, we purchased a dealership with the Gutter Shutter Company and are very enthusiastic about the benefits it has to offer. Comprised of premium grade aluminum, we believe it to be a far superior gutter system than any other currently on the market. It's durable and promises to remain maintenance free while eliminating the possibility of clogs. The Gutter Shutter is a system offering many benefits for all homeowners. Among the many changes we are also breaking ground on two new buildings; a new Kitchen and Bath showroom featuring large fully operational displays along with an additional office and warehouse facility. These buildings will give our customers the opportunity to visualize more products. The exteriors of both buildings will also feature different siding and roofing options, for people to see the many choices we have to offer. Our success with our current showroom helped us realize the benefits a showroom offers to our customers and encouraged us to create additional possibility for our customers to visit a finished product. Our showroom will create an atmosphere that helps our clients manage the multitude of selections and materials, from sinks to shingles, which are presented to them during the remodeling planning process. We are excited about the addition of both buildings, as it will give us further opportunity to grow.

For the 2nd year in a row we are pleased to be the recipient of the NARI, The National Association of the Remodeling Industry, Regional Winner of the Contractor Of The Year Award. Fiderio & Sons was honored in the Region 1, Residential Exterior Specialty, for the design of a custom built pavilion in a Wallingford home. This past fall we completed the construction of two additional Sunrooms; the Classic Vinyl Patio Room manufactured by Harvey Industries, located behind our office building. The new Harvey Classic Vinyl Patio Room is engineered from the ground up to meet the harsh challenges of New England weather. These sunrooms are fully furnished and open to the public for a view of a finished product that provides seasonal enjoyment. John Fiderio, owner of Fiderio & Sons, states, "We believe in our company's quality workmanship and to combine that with Harvey's quality products, the end result is really outstanding.
