Pamela A. Alvino is the new vice president, human resources. She will manage the world-wide human resources strategies and programs, including compensation, benefits, performance measurement, training and development, recruiting and labor relations. Ms. Alvino formerly was employed at Comcast, Ciba Geigy and United Technologies. She received a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of New Haven.
