Lisa Behling Joins Naugatuck Savings Bank as Branch Manager

Naugatuck Savings Bank welcomes Lisa Behling as the Branch Manager of their Southbury and Woodbury offices. In this role Ms. Behling will support and develop the staff to ensure customer service excellence, community involvement and personal growth, as well as deepen existing customer relationships and grow new business.

"Lisa's extensive experience in Retail Banking will enable her to lead the staff team to provide customers with the level of personalized service necessary to achieve their financial goals," said Dawn Orsini, Vice President of Retail Banking.

A professional within the banking industry, Behling brings 16 years of experience to Naugatuck Savings Bank. She was previously employed at Webster Bank in Southbury as Vice President, Branch Manager. Lisa holds an Associate and Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from New England College of Business and Finance and is currently working on a Master Degree in Business Ethics and Compliance.

Lisa is a current member of the Waterbury Chamber of Commerce and Southbury Business Association and a previous member of the New Milford Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Behling is a Bridgeport native and currently resides in Waterbury with her son Jake and daughter Tiffany.
