2012 Meriden Back to School EXPO Need Sponsors

The education of our children is one of the greatest responsibilities of any community. Your contribution of school supplies or monies can help to fulfill that responsibility. The Meriden Back to School EXPO is a resource for Meriden families and their children. On behalf of the organizers, we invite you to be apart of community event that truly makes an instant impact on the quality of life and educational experiences of our children. If your business or organization has an area of expertise you would like to share with community families, this is an ideal venue to disseminate this information. Please consider being a part of our team of sponsors an vendors of this event. Last year, the Meriden Back to School EXPO was attended by 1500 students and their families. The participants left the EXPO with a book bag full of school supplies. More importantly, parents/guardians left with knowledge that their child would not be held back because the necessary supplies were not attainable. Addition to providing necessary school supplies, the EXPO vendors shared valuable resources and information. Another objective of this effort is to motivate parents to get involved and to encourage their children to value and excel in their educational endeavors. 'we would be honored if you would consider donating at any scholarships level or a donation of supplies. Your support will make a difference and this year is more important than ever. Last year, The Meriden Back to School EXPO was a huge success and this year, with your help, we are certain it will be an event greater event! Please find the Sponsorship level information:Valedictorian- $2,500: Your generous donation at this sponsorship level will help defray the cost of purchasing book bags for over 1500 children. In addition, we will provide pencils imprinted with your company's name which will be inserted into every book bag. Also at this level, we will prominently display your company's banner as well as have your company be recognized as a Valedictorian sponsor both at the Expo and all press releases regarding this event. With this, we would ask if a company representative could be present at the Expo.
Salutatorian- $1500: Sponsorship at this level with help defray the cost of purchasing book bags and necessary supplies for over 1500 Children. Also at this level, we will prominently display a banner with your company's name as well as have your company be recognized as a Salutatorian s both at the representative could be present at the Expo.
High Honors- $750: Sponsorship at this level will help defray the cost of necessary school supplies inserted into all book bags. At this level, your company will be recognized as a High Honors sponsor both at the Expo and in all press releases regarding this event. With this, we would ask if a company representative could be present at the Expo.
Honor Roll- $250:Sponsorship at this level will help defray the cost of necessary school supplies inserted into all book bags. At this level, your company will be recognized as an Honor Roll sponsor both at the Expo and in all press releases regarding this event.
