Welsh Re-appointed

Thomas J. Welsh, Esq. has been re-appointed by the Speaker of the Connecticut House of Representatives as a Commissioner of the Connecticut Law Revision Commison for a four year term. Houston Putnam Lowry, Esq. has been re-appointed as one of the American Bar Association's representatives to the United Nations and as a member of the Secretary of State's Advisory Committee on Private International Law.
