Thomas J. Welsh, Esq has been appointed the inaugural of the Connecticut Bar Association's new Commercial Finance Section.

Houston Putnam Lowry, Esq. has been appointed to represent the American Bar Association at the United Nations for 2013-2014 fiscal year and will serve as Vice- Chair of the UN and International Organization Committee of the ABA Section of International Law.
