Welsh, Esq. has been appointed co-chair of the CT Bar Association's Commercial Finance Committee, Chair of the American Bar Association's Business Law Section Task Force on Alternative Dispute Resolution Techniques in Commerical Finance Transactions and a member of the American Arbitration Association's panel of commercial arbitrators. Also Houston Putnam Lowry, Esq. has been appointed Chair of the CT Bar Association's Section of International Law and one of the American Bar Association's representatives at the United Nations.
