The World Intellectual Property Organization (commonly called "WIPO" - www.WIPO.INT) of Geneva, Switzerland has selected Houston Putnam Lowry of Meriden's Brown & Welsh, P.C. law firm to be on their panel of arbitrators and mediators. Mr. Lowry has extensive arbitration experience on a wide variety of commercial law topics, having done more than 600 assignments as a neutral - either as an arbitrator or as a mediator, including more than 100 domain name disputes under ICANN's Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy. He is one of only two Chartered Arbitrators in CT and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Arbitrators in London.
