The Meriden Department of Health & Human Services announces that the HIV/AIDS counseling and testing program has a new educator, Marisol Arroyo-Pratts. She provides bilingual information and education regarding HIV/AIDS and can be reached at 640-4176 to answer any questions about the disease or testing procedures, and can also set up an appointment for confidential counseling and testing.
