Herb & Gloria Barker recently donated Junior Police Badges to the State Police, to be given to children throughout Connecticut. The donation was made in response to the State Police program to create a new friendlier attitude. Public Safety Commissioner Dr. Henry C. Lee chose community policing as one of his first directives.
