Protein Sciences Corporation received the platinum Connecticut Quality Improvement Award Partnership. Protein Sciences was chosen from among 80 applicants for its innovative efforts to increase production of human and veterinary vaccines and therapeutics. Protein Sciences also succeeded in reducing production costs by 50 to 90%. Dan Adams, president and CEO of Protein Science, commented that the award was indicative of the company's drive for quality service to its customers. The award will be presented to Mr. Adams at the CQIA conference on Quality and Innovation on October 6th at the Southbury Hilton.
