Sign up for the Meriden YMCA's Winter Session which begins January 2, 2012. The Meriden YMCA offers the Biggest Winner Weight Loss Challenge, Youth Basketball, Adult Basketball League, Young Scientists, Children's Dance, Swim Lessons, Swim Team, Gym and Swim, Aqua Aerobics, AQUA ZUMBA, ZUMBATOMIC, Middle School Strength Training, Gymnastics, Karate, Yoga, Pilates, Cardiac Rehabilitation Program, SilverSneakersR, and more.
