Winter Session at the Meriden YMCA

The Meriden YMCA's winter session begins January 4th and continues until February 21st. Registration begins December 14th for swim lessons, swim team, gymnastics lessons and team, basketball, karate, racquetball, children's dance, hip hop dance, ballroom dancing, youth theatre, golf, adaptive sports, middle school strength training, hatha yoga, pilates, parent and child yoga, aqua aerobics, and more.
