Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of Bruce Eagleson who has been among the missing in the World Trade Center tragedy of September 11, 2001. Bruce was manager of Westfield Shoppingtown-Meriden from 1988 through 2000 and then promoted to regional vice president with the mall owner, Westfield America Inc. A memorial service will be held on September 29, 2001 at St. John's Church in Middletown. Bruce will always be remembered for his optimism and his unfaltering expectation of success.
