The Meriden Public Library's second satellite branch at John Barry School on Columbia Street in Meriden will be open on Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Deputy Mayor Laura Gallo has praised the cooperation among the Library staff, the Meriden schools, and the city's state legislators which resulted in obtaining a $ 15,000 state grant to fund the two branches.
