Save the Date for the I Love My Library Dinner on 2-11-18!

The Friends of the Meriden Public Library has started to raise funds for the Meriden Public Library's Building Fund. This is in response to a Meriden Library Building Review Committee who is in formulation of renovation/expansion plans for the Library. On February 11, 2018 The Friends will host a "I Love My Library" Dinner at Violi's Restaurant from 12 noon to 4:30 p.m. The event will feature a buffet and include coffee (soda) and dessert. A Cash Bar will also be available. All proceeds from this event will be placed in the Friends of the Meriden Public Library's Library Building Fund.Tickets are $25.00 per person (currently $7.00 can be used as a tax deduction, $25.00 if the ticket is not used) and may be purchased at The Friends of the Library Bookstore or by e-mailing Frank Ridley (fridley@cox.net).
The tickets make great holiday gifts for family, friends, and employees. Companies that purchase these tickets as gifts may be able to charge them as a business expense.
