Masonicare, the not-for-profit provider of services to seniors, has named Stephen B. McPherson of Orange as vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. McPherson joins Masonicare with nearly 30 years of experience in healthcare financial management, including most recently nine years as vice president and chief financial officer at St. Raphael Healthcare System. Previously, Mr. McPherson held management positions with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Inc., in North Haven. He earned a master's degree in business administration from the University of New Haven. Mr. McPherson also sits on a number of boards of directors.
