CCSU Offers HR Soft Skills Training

Business Owners and Leaders: consider supporting continuing education and creating growth for your managers. CCSU, School of Business in New Britain, is offering a new suite of classes to introduce first and second level business managers in the local region to many of the soft skills of HR professionals. These classes are called Workforce Training and referred to as HR Training for Non-HR Managers. This certificate curriculum is a nine class, 31- hour program offered on Tuesday and Thursday evenings beginning March 7, from 5:30 pm � 9:00 pm on the campus of CCSU. Each class is only $49 and a discount is available for the full schedule. See link. It's a one month commitment to support your managers with continuing education and growth. The course is designed to give business leaders, their managers and aspiring professionals a more solid foundation and understanding of the many disciplines that encompass today's workforce management and advocacy.
