The Home Store Real Estate Celebrates 9th Anniversary

The Home Store Real Estate recently celebrated its 9th anniversary, announced Joe Criscuolo, owner/broker. Besides Criscuolo, other Home Store Realtors are Veronica Leventhal, Robert Lunney, Jr., Nicole Cammack and Karen J. Carabetta. 2016 was another fantastic year. Repeat clients and referrals have been our best source of business which continues to grow year after year. In December the Fed raised the benchmark interest rate by .5% with 3 more predicted for 2017. Prices of single family homes seem to have stabilized even though property assessments recently dropped in many towns. The average group of purchasers seems to be in the late 20's and 30's. Sales of multi family homes continue to increase. Condo sales are on the flat side which creates an excellent buying opportunity for first time buyers or retirees. . On the selling side, there aren't many people trading up. Several senior homeowners are continuing their exodus to States with a lower cost of living. The Home Store has the resources and staff to cover most of Connecticut. Joe achieved 48 of his own transactions in 2016 and with 103 in the past 2 years. He is ranked among the top 5% of Realtors in the State. Joe is a former recipient of the "Connecticut Realtor of the Year" award and has received the "Five Star Real Estate Agent Award" 7 years in a row by Connecticut Magazine. Criscuolo has a long list of appointments and awards dating back to 1975. He is very active in his local community and currently serves as a Director and Ambassador for the Midstate Chamber of Commerce.
