CT Department of Labor using CTHires

The CT State Department of Labor is now using CTHires which is a no cost self-service job bank. CTHIres offers employers direct acces to services 24/7. The CT Department of Labor requires that jobs posted to the site meet minimum standards to ensure that an employer-employee relationship exists for all positions posted and that there is a valid, current employment opportunity for job seekers. A company would need to register in CTHires. Any job posts would allow your company to recruit at any of the 20 plus American Job Centers throughout Connecticut.
