In an effort to enhance the region's ability to provide a workforce responsive to employer needs, Workforce Alliance and its partner chambers and economic development commissions are inviting employers across the region to complete the 2006 South Central Connecticut Employment Trend Survey.

The more we know about employer requirements and employment practices across the region, the more effective we can be. Please invest 15 minutes to tell us about your enterprise's workforce requirements and employment practices. Click on this link The Workforce Study and the survey will appear.

The survey itself is administered by Behavior Research Center, a highly regarded national market and opinion research firm. Your responses are confidential and will only be reported in the aggregate.

The results will enable you to compare your employment practices to others in your industry as well as others in the region.

After submitting the survey, be sure to complete the form that appears on your screen to register for the random drawing for one of four $250 gift cards from Circuit City! Your registration will not be associated with your survey responses.

Please complete your survey by November 9 and thanks for your help.
