Nearly 1,500 adults were helped last year by Literacy Volunteers of Greater New Haven. Literacy Volunteers programs empower individuals. Your donation to their annual appeal makes the gift of literacy possible.- $50 will buy teacher guides for two volunteer tutors. - $100 provides materials for 5 students learning English to get a better job - $250 will sponsor one adult learner for a full year of free classes
