Classes at Diversified Physical Therapy for January

Happy New Year! Diversified Physical Therapy will be offering the following classes. Please feel free to drop in to any of these sessions to check them out. Check our Facebook page for class cancellations.

Crystal Bowl Meditation- Friday, January 15th at 5:30pm. Join Michelle for meditation and relaxation! The soothing tones of crystal bowls can help with pain or just help you get into a deep state of relaxation. Set your intention for the new year. Core Stability - Mondays at 6:15pm. Join Michelle Thibeault, PT to improve your strength, balance and mobility. This class is especially good for you if you have back pain. The class is ongoing. Drop in at any time for $15 or buy a class card 5 classes for $50 or 11 classes for $100. Class cards do not expire! Call for more information 203-630-3939.

Emei Qigong - Tuesdays at 6:30pm. Stan Pannone leads this Wuji Gong Practice group. Class focuses on learning the Wuji Gong form and is for anyone at any physical level. Cost is $8 per class. Beginners are welcome. Please contact Stan with any questions: 203-217-2193 or healingwithqi@gmail.com
