Diversified Physical Therapy offers the following classes.Core Stability - On Monday's at 6:15 pm, join Michelle Thibeault, PT to improve your strength, balance and mobility. This class is expecially good for you if you have back pain. The class is ongoing. Drop in anytime for $15 or buy a class card for 5 classes for $50 or 11 classes for $100. Class cards do not expire. Emei Qigong - On Tuesday's at 6:30 pm join Stan Pannone as he leads this Wuji Gong Practice group. Class focuses on learning the Wuji Gong form and is for anyone at any physical level.
